Feast your eyes on the abundant indigenous fauna and flora. This is a popular birding area as also home to a very special little fish known as the Southern Kneria or Southern Shell-Eared fish. The Blue Cranes have returned to the Kwena valley and their call is one of the most distinctive of the vast grasslands. A natural spring on the top of the mountain is the source of our pure and refreshing drinking water.
Nestled in the ruins of an ancient culture you will find this intriguing Lodge, fringed by misty mountains and magic forests - fondly referred to as the best kept secret of this magnificent valley called the Kwena Basin.
